Returns/ Exchanges

 

Here at Winnie Parkes, we trust you'll love your items just as much as we do!

We DO understand that sometimes things change, please contact us and we'll do our best to accomodate.

We do not offer refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind, so please choose carefully before ordering.

If you do wish to exchange an item, please contact us at sales@winnieparkes.com.au and again we will do our best to accomodate.

In any exchange or return, shipping will be at the buyers expense.

Damages / Faulty Products

We do our best to pack your item as safely as possible, and sometimes 'The Hulk' at the post office may mishandle an item - please always check an item upon receipt and advise us if there is any issues.

If you believe you have received a faulty/damaged product please contact us at sales@winnieparkes.com.au immediately when receiving your item.


Items returned must be in 'as new' condition and meet strict returns criteria

- Unused, unwashed and not marked in any way

- Returned with any or all packaging

- Item must be shipped back with due care as to not damage item

- Returned items must be sent with trackable postage
